How do I order a hardcover book?

You can easily order a hardcover through our calculator. Choose your specifications (format, number of pages, paper type, etc.), upload your files and place your order. After payment, we will start production immediately.

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order from 1 copy. We specialize in small print runs, from 1 to 500 copies. For larger quantities, you can benefit from attractive volume discounts.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change your order. If production has not yet started, we can often still make adjustments. Once production has started, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF files for the best print quality. Make sure your PDF is set to the correct dimensions including bleed (3mm on all sides). Images must be at least 300 DPI for optimal print quality.

How many pages can my book have?

A hardcover book can contain a minimum of 24 pages and a maximum of 400 pages. The number of pages must always be a multiple of 2. For books with more than 400 pages, please contact us for a custom solution.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 5-7 business days. With our rush service, we can produce your order within 2-3 business days. The exact delivery time is indicated when completing your order.

What paper types are available?

We offer various paper types: coated matte paper (for photos and images), uncoated paper (for text), glossy paper (for vibrant colors), and cream offset (for novels and text books). Each paper type is available in different weights.

What type of binding do you use?

Our hardcover books are professionally bound with thread-sewn or glued binding, depending on the number of pages. The cover is reinforced with cardboard and finished with a durable laminate layer.

Yes, you can order a proof copy before printing a larger edition. This is especially useful for important projects where you want to check the quality first.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs €4.95. Different rates apply for shipping to Belgium and Germany, which are shown at checkout.
